By accessing or using PersonaSpirit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PersonaSpirit provides a free MBTI-based personality test and optional premium personality reports. The test is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Results are not a substitute for professional psychological assessment.

3. Not Medical or Professional Advice

PersonaSpirit is not a licensed psychological service. Our personality assessments are based on the MBTI framework and are intended for self-reflection and personal development only. Do not rely on our content for medical, psychological, or professional decisions.

4. Premium Reports & Payments

• Premium reports are sold as a one-time payment of $6.99.
• Payments are processed securely by LemonSqueezy. We do not store your payment details.
• Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. Refunds are granted at our discretion within 7 days if the product was not delivered.
• Premium access is tied to your browser cookie. We are not responsible for loss of access due to clearing cookies or changing devices.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on PersonaSpirit — including text, images, character artwork, and generated reports — is the property of PersonaSpirit. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our content without written permission.

6. MBTI Disclaimer

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® and MBTI® are registered trademarks of The Myers-Briggs Company. PersonaSpirit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to The Myers-Briggs Company in any way. Our test is independently developed and inspired by the Jungian personality type framework.

7. Limitation of Liability

PersonaSpirit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
